Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card (if ordering by fax
or mail, include your account number, expiration date, and the name as it appears on the
card).Personal checks are also accepted; however, the order will be held for
10 - 15 days for bank clearance.
Sales Tax
If you live in Kansas you will need to add 7.3% sales tax to your order.
Shipping Information
Shipping/Handling Charges - Add 10% of the order for shipping/handling charges, with a minimum fee of $12.50. If you order by credit card, the shipping/handling charges will be calculated for you.
Items that are oversized or overweight - call for shipping/handling quote (sheetmetal is usually shipped by truck freight.)
Backorders
We attempt to fill every order within 48 hours. We will notify you of
any backorders and cancel the order at your request.
Shortage Claims
Please call us immediately if there are any problems with your shipment.
We will not be held responsible for shortage claims after 3 days of your receipt of the
order.
Pricing Policy
We make every attempt to keep our overhead low and pass the cost savings
on to you. However, prices are subject to change without notice. All parts in this catalog
are subject to availability and can be discontinued without notice.
Damage in Transit
Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Please
retain all packing materials and contact the carrier to submit your damage claim.
Merchandise should be inspected in the presence of the

Returns - Guarantee
All new and reproduction parts are
guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. All returned parts
must be unused in the original packaging material. If you are dissatisfied,
please call for a return authorization number. Returns without the return
authorization number noted on the box will be refused. Include a copy of the
invoice. Books, decals, electrical parts, special orders, and truck shipments
cannot be returned. Returns for defective or incorrect merchandise must be made
within 15 days of receipt. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return.
Merchandise returns must be prepaid shipping and insured. Shipping charges for
incorrect or defective merchandise will be refunded. There is a 20%
restocking fee on returned parts.
